In the patented WireRail, the wires can be sorted according to cross-section in the WireTerminal. Up to 110 wires can be accommodated in one WireRail. This simplifies handling for the downstream processes.
The WireRail filled with pre-assembled wires is pulled out of the WireTerminal and the WireCart is equipped with it. The wires can then be removed individually at the wiring workstation according to the predefined sequence.
One advantage is that adhesive tape residue does not need to be removed before wiring. It is also possible to temporarily store the filled WireRailS until the wires are required.
