The additional module WirePrinter Eco enables the manual labelling of wires, cables and flat materials outside of the WireTerminals.
This ensures consistent and equivalent labelling for components that have not been processed in the WireTerminal. In jobs with externally produced wires, print texts can be automatically split off from the main job and sent to the WirePrinter Eco in HMI-optimised form. Printed is carried out directly onto the material using an inkjet printer head.
The quick-release technology ensures a short changeover time. Printing is possible parallel to production.
Scope of delivery: 1 mounting unit for mounting on the left-hand output door of the WireTerminal, 1 roundel with four prisms for wire, cable or flat parts, 1 holder for inkjet printer head with quick-release fastener, 2 quick-release printer head holders in the machine, 2 clamping fingers for fixing the printing material, 1 clamping lever with 3-stage pre-tensioning (relaxed/light/full), 1 printer head guide with integrated start button and rotary encoder, 2 removable support plates on the left and right of the module
