To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated PLC programmer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, who enjoys supporting modern machines throughout their development – from initial programming and commissioning right through to the finished, production-ready machine.
Your tasks:
- Programming of PLCs for our machines, in particular Siemens SIMATIC using TIA Portal
- Development and implementation of PLC programmes for prototypes, specialised machinery and bespoke customer solutions
- In-house programming and commissioning of machinery
- Supporting machine development from initial commissioning through to series production
- Further development and optimisation of existing PLC programmes and machine functions
- Implementation of customer-specific requirements and bespoke solutions
- Carrying out functional tests, trial runs and machine acceptance tests
- Fault analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation as part of the commissioning process
- Support with the integration of sensors, actuators, drives and other automation components
- Creation and maintenance of software and project documentation
- Close collaboration with the design, electrical engineering, assembly, project management and service departments
- Support with the commissioning and optimisation of our machines at the customer’s premises
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable discipline (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, master craftsman’s examination or equivalent qualification)
- A good understanding of technical matters and an interest in mechanical engineering and automation
- Experience in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens SIMATIC / TIA Portal
- An understanding of electrical engineering principles, as well as sensor and actuator technology
- An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Independence, initiative and a passion for technical challenges
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and quality awareness
- Willingness to familiarise oneself with new technologies and tasks
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to our clients’ premises for commissioning work

The minimum gross salary stipulated in the collective agreement is €2,948.85. We offer our staff a salary in line with market rates and performance, depending on their qualifications and experience, which we determine jointly during the interview process and which may exceed the figures set out in the collective agreement.
